The creative process

We work closely with you to formulate a brief, making sure that it is aligned perfectly with the ethos of your event and its indicators of success.

The application & selection process

We reach out to suitable traders from our extensive roster and encourage them to apply to trade at your event through our online application system. This will provide details of their trading experience, previews or their menus and imagery of their trading units, together with all the documents we need to ensure they are appropriately certified.

Trader management

We are the direct point of contact for all traders, taking care of all their queries and ensuring they have everything they need to trade successfully. We work closely with our concessions, nurturing new talent and developing relationships to ensure we attract and retain high quality concessions and support new businesses.

Adhering to council and event protocols

Once traders are selected we work closely with them to ensure that they are aware of all event related policies and are compliant with all local and national guidelines and legislation. We make sure they supply all required documentation and certification, including but not limited to insurance policies, health & hygiene certificates, and electric, gas and fire certificates. We liaise directly with local councils and environmental health officers to save you time and resources.

Site management

We will work with your event management and site management team to ensure the advance, build and break are professionally managed. Providing a seamless service for your company. Our dedicated team will be on-hand throughout the event to help make everything run smoothly.

Reporting, de-briefs & event reconciliation

After your event we will remain involved attending debrief meetings and providing written reports as required. We will continue to work with you to the conclusion of any event reconciliation.

We have over 800 food stalls to choose from, tantalising the taste buds with nourishing staples like jacket spuds, pulled pork buns, hearty bacon rolls and salmon fish fingers. If you prefer exotic street food, why not try the Goan fish curry and mango lasi, or relax with a warm bowl of organic Cornish chowder with some halloumi and avocado toasties…

Green Events Company supplies wholefood, vegan, halal and gluten-free delights so we can tailor your foodie experience to your customers. Marquee style caterers, risotto bars, fresh fruit stalls and high end cuisine complete the menu – all served by experienced caterers bringing a friendly and lively atmosphere to your event.

All of the caterers we provide carry full public and employers’ liability insurance and all unit managers are trained to CIEH Level 3 in Supervising Food Safety.
